- The United States Copyright Office Circulars – These short brochures published by the Copyright Office offer introductory information about a wide variety of copyright topics, from registration to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
- The Authors Alliance – Reliable copyright resources for “authors who want to serve the public good by sharing their creations broadly,” including in-depth guides to fair use, contract negotiation, rights reversion, and termination of copyright transfers.
